What Is Assisted Stretching?

Assisted partner stretching is a one-on-one session where a trained coach gently guides you through deeper stretches than you can reach on your own. It is relaxing, safe, and one of the easiest ways to loosen tight hips, shoulders, and hamstrings. Whether you just finished a hard week of classes or you sit at a desk all day, a stretch session helps you move and feel better. It is booked separately from group classes, so you get Sara's full attention.

Who it is for

Anyone with tight muscles, a limited range of motion, or a body that feels stiff. Every session is adapted to your flexibility and comfort, so no experience is needed.

What to expect

You stay relaxed while your coach guides each stretch. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Most members leave feeling looser, lighter, and less tense.

Session lengths

Choose a 30, 45, or 60 minute session depending on how much you want to cover. Book to see current pricing and open times.

Is it included with my membership?

Group classes are included with every membership. Assisted stretch sessions are a separate one-on-one service you can add any time.

Do I need to be flexible already?

Not at all. Most people book a stretch session because they feel tight. Your coach works within your range and never forces a stretch.

How often should I book?

Many members come weekly or every other week. Even one session helps, and Sara can suggest a rhythm that fits your body and budget.
