Z-Health is a nervous system-based movement education system that treats the brain as the master controller of movement, pain, and performance. Sara holds 10+ elite Z-Health certifications — an exceptionally rare level of training. Sessions are strictly educational and non-medical. See the Wellness page for full details.
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. A water bottle and small towel are recommended. All equipment (mats, weights, TRX straps) is provided at no extra charge. Arrive about 5 minutes before your first class so your instructor can greet you and walk you through the basics.
