Every time we are doing any kind of strength training, our brain is learning how much force to create. It’s learning for how long do I want to create that force. It’s learning how quickly do I need to apply that force.
Very importantly, in what angles, what postures, and what postures do I need to apply that force. This is where a lot of people run into danger zones in their training because they adopt a certain training program. It makes them move in a certain way. They get really good at moving in that way. They become stronger. Their body changes. This can also result in injury down the road because of the neglect of learning the foundmentals or the basics.

Our evaluation process is unmatched in the fitness world. Similar to a visit to a neurologist’s office, we provide our members with a complete neurological screening (minus MRI’s and CT scans) called the “Neuro-Flow” assessment. The difference between what a neurologist does and what we do is we’re looking for signs of brain function which may actually be impeding strength and flexibility, and/or causing pain. We then are able to pin point what parts of your brain need to be exercised or activated in order to improve the connection between the brain and body.
During this 60 min. Assessment, you will walk away with simple to do, home tools for homework that could instantly change your life in this one session if you follow what your Coach has recommended.

We understand that clients are at different levels when it comes to exercise experience and knowledge. We truly provide the best possible member experience and get you the best results through assessment and education. For example, professional athletes have ongoing assessments to measure their progress and performance even though they are well versed in training methods. Many fitness facilities will provide members with a generic work out program with their membership. Because fitness needs are so different, the majority of these programs will either get some basic results for a very short time, not get any results, create further problems or potential imbalances or injuries, and lead to frustration and monotony. Exercise programs are available on a myriad of web sites and in numerous fitness and health magazines. If that’s all it took to get results, there would be no need for you to register with a fitness facility and meet with a Fitness Consultant. Most members require far more than a program. In fact, the real cause for lack of results has more to do with knowledge, technique, support, motivation and accountability. Your Consultant will do their very best to work on the causes of any obstacles standing n the way of your results, and will listen closely to your concerns and needs.
