What I’m reading now…
📚📖 Right now, I’m reading “Perimenopause Power,” by Maisie Hill, because I’m seeking help as this is a rough personal journey for me.
And you know what? It has become quite helpful. I like a book that feel that is is written for the reader.
I have recommended this book to other woman and even to husbands that do not understand what this can really do to some women;
👉 My biggest lesson from the book so far is that I’m not crazy, I’m not losing my mind and it’s ok to ask for help or need to take a little break.
I am hoping to form a Book Club group around this topic, meet 1x a month to connect and talk about self love and self worth.
